KABUL: At least 11 Taliban fighters have been killed and four others wounded during a crackdown carried out by police in southeastern Logar province.
Ministry of Interior (MoI) in a statement said that the clearance operation conducted in Koli village, Mohammad Agha district of the province.
According to the statement, in a separate operation police arrested two insurgents in Ahmadzai village of Mohammad Agha district.
Police also discovered and confiscated three rifles of weapons for the captured militants.
