KABUL: Twelve Islamic State terroristshave been killed in a raid in eastern Nangarhar province, the Defense Ministry said on Monday.

Afghan forces launched an air strike to target Daesh hideout in Achin district of Nangarhar, which as result 12 Daesh fighters were killed, said a statement issued by MoD.

No civilian and military casualty reported during the incident.
