AT-KABUL: At least 13 Taliban insurgents including four foreign militants were killed in anti-terrorism operation in eastern Nangarhar province, provincial officials said on Wednesday.
“These militants, including four Pakistani were killed and 14 others wounded in an air and ground operations conducted by Afghan security forces in Sangianai and Seraghonda area of Khogianai district of Nangarhar province last night, provincial governor spokesman Attaullah Khogyani said.
“One child was also killed after Taliban fired rocket in the area,” he said, highlighting that Afghan security forces did not receive any casualties in the attack.
Moreover, Afghan security forces seized weapons and ammunitions in the battlefield, leaving behind by insurgents.
