AT-KABUL: At least six policemen were killed and two were injured in a roadside bombing in Qarabagh district of central Kabul province on Monday, an official said.
The incident took place when a police pick-up hit by a roadside bomb in Sabzak area of the district at around 11: 00 am, the district chief Abdul Wasy Sharifi, said.
Two other policemen wounded in the blast, he said. Sharifi said the policemen went to the area to attend a funeral ceremony when came under roadside bomb blast.
Taliban claimed responsibility for the bombing.
