AT-KABUL: Operatives of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) foiled a terror bid in southern Kandahar province.
The NDS in a press statement issued on Sunday said that its operatives arrested two would-be militants, who wanted to carry out an attack on Kandahar provincial governor office.
The arrested men were identified as Lal Muhammad and Abdul Wali, who wanted to target the provincial governor office by using an explosive-laden Zarange motorcycle.
