AT-KABUL: A policeman was injured on Tuesday in bomb blast in Jalalabad city, capital of the eastern Nangarhar province.
The blast which was of low intensity took place near the Pakistani consulate. The consulates of Iran and India are not too far from the blast’s site. According to sources, an explosive device was placed in a trash-container outside a mosque.
Reports suggest that the target was Pakistani consulate. An Afghan policeman was injured in the blast. No more casualties were reported. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
