AT-KABUL: The National Solidarity Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development completed the work of 28 development projects in Nooristan province, the ministry said in a statement.
These projects include construction of a protection wall 444 meters in length for 997 acres of agricultural lands, irrigation reservoir, a 3,997-meter pathway gravelling of 3,703 meters of rural roads, and extension of an 8,951-meter water supply network.
“These projects estimated at a total cost of 23 million Afghanis funded by the National Solidarity Program implemented in the districts of Doab and Noorgaram,” the statement said.
Approximately, 2,000 families in various communities would be able to get access to basic human needs upon completion of these projects, according to the statement.
