AT-KABUL: The Kabul Municipality on Monday started demolishing of illegal and unapproved construction in the 11 jurisdictions of Kabul city.
In a statement issued here, Kabul Municipality said that with cooperation of Kabul police, the municipality started destruction of illegal buildings in the areas relevant to eleven jurisdictions.
Several newly built constructions were demolished by Kabul Municipality workers, the statement said, adding that workers also prevented constructions of several buildings in the area.
“Kabul Municipality is committed to continue destruction process of the illegal constructions with cooperation of Kabul police,” the statement added.
Earlier, acting head of Kabul Municipality warned all yielders to pay their debts, within next one week, otherwise the municipality would close their shops.
