AT-KABUL: Several members of the Harakat-e-Inqelab-e-Islami (Movement of Islamic Revolution), a former jihadi party, met the former president Hamid Karzai, and commended him for his 13 years long services as the president of the country, the ex-president’s office said on Saturday.
“They offered Karzai a letter of appreciation for his services,” it added.
The members of the former jihadi party also called for more efforts in bringing peace to the country, announcing their support of any effort that leads to the peace.
