AT-KABUL: At least five civilians took injuries after a three-wheeled motorbike laden with explosives went off near a mosque used as voter registration center in eastern Nangarhar province on Sunday morning.

A gubernatorial spokesperson, Ataullah Khogianai said a three-wheelerloaded with explosive materials detonated near a mosque that was used as a voter registration center in Jalalabad. Five people who were injured in the blast were rushed to the provincial hospital.
