KABUL: National Security Adviser, Dr. Hamdullah Mohib says that whoever uses weapons against Afghan people and government, is enemy and Afghans fight “bravely” against enemy.
”The heroic security and defense forces have struggled to ensure security for the people in hard situations,” Mohib said on Wednesday when introducing Massoud Andarabi as new interior caretaker minister to the personnel of the ministry.
He claimed that the recent reports showed crime level was down to zero in Kabul city, saying this was achieved due to security forces’ round the clock efforts. “The interior ministry is the second house for the people of Afghanistan, so this organ is responsible for solving their problems.”
He said that the government would never let that the blood of security forces be dealt.
Mohib added that committed youth would be appointed in the leadership of security organs based on meritocracy, and security organs would remin inpolitical.
Interior caretaker minister Andarabi promised to make efforts in fight against terrorism, drug trade, bullying and for security improvement.
Andarabi was appointed as caretaker interior minister by President Ghani’s order.
