KABUL: School students in the southern province of Kandahar complain of problems, mentioning lack of text books as an example.
In Kandahar where students go to schools in winter because of warm weather, the educational year is in its second half, but most of the students do not have text books.
They say they face a big problem due to lack of text books. A few of students afford to buy text books from bazaar, while most of them are deprived of learning due to lack of books.
Provincial education department admits the problems, but says of efforts in coordination of education ministry to solve students’ problems.
