KABUL: A Daesh fighter was killed by his own bomb explosion in eastern Nangarhar province Monday night, official said Tuesday.
The Daesh loyalist blown up by his own explosives as he attempted to plant a mine in Shahidan Mina area in Rodat district, Nangarhar Governor Spokesman Attaullah Khogianai said.
He said the rebel identified as “Iqbal” who planned to lay the mine—an act of terrorist that has been prematurely detonated.
On the other hand, three Daesh fighters were killed during an airstrike carried out in Haska Mina district in the province, he mentioned.
