KABUL: Afghanistan’s former President Hamid Karzai strongly condemned an attack that killed five personnel of the attorney general office.
The attack happened Monday in the Deh Sabz district of Kabul province and the judiciary staffers were heading to the Bagram detention center as they worked on the release of Taliban prisoners.
Karzai called the attack as the work of enemies of Afghanistan.
“Afghans have a strong and unbreakable decision for peace and no terrorist attack can dissuade them,” he said in a statement on Tuesday.
The former president wished paradise for the dead and patience for their families and friends.
