War has been intensified across the country. The Taliban group has not declared spring offensive this year, but the level of violence remains high with many fatalities. Both sides have suffered a lot during months of violence and deadly attacks. Peace talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban started on 12th September in Qatari capital Doha, it seemed stalled with no progress despite spending a month with several meetings between peace teams to at least agree on a common ground to start the intra-Afghan talks with reduction in violence at top priority.
