KABUL: The international community is to impose tougher conditions for their donation to the government o Afghanistan, with Finland planning to bring major changes in the process.
Pekka Haavisto, Finnish foreign minister has said that mulling on the reduction of donations from four years to one year would be part of the changes.
He has said that tougher conditions would be imposed during the mulling so that the concerns of donor countries and organizations be met.
Maintaining of the rights brought by the US troops after Taliban collapse would be another part of the tough conditions.
Haavisto has said that the international community did not want to lose achievements gained in the past 19 years in Afghanistan.
Separately, the World Bank warns that shortage in economic opportunities would toughen road to peace.
Taliban who have banned women from work and education during their rule, have not yet commented on the international community concerns about their achievements.
