AT-KABUL: At least four civilians have been killed and several others wounded when a motorcycle bomb went off in northern Baghlan province.
Baghlan police chief, Aminullah Amarkhel, said that the incident took place in Pul-e-Khumri, the capital city of the province, when a motorcycle bomb went off killing four people wounded five others.
He said that the incident happened near a prison. Amarkhel added that all the victims of the blast were civilians, though the target of the blast was, apparently, Afghan army soldiers.
