Sayed Sadat Mansoor Naderi, the State Minister for Peace believes the peace dynamics have changed post NATO troops withdrawal announcements.
More fighting, bloodshed and killing Afghans are no longer acceptable, Naderi said in a tweet.
“Peace dynamics has changed dramatically post NATO troop withdrawal announcement. Continuous fighting, bloodshed, killing of Afghans is no longer acceptable. Fighting has to stop! Genuine negotiation must start immediately!” he tweeted on late Sunday.
The call for genuine negotiations rose while the Afghan and Taliban negotiating members met recently in Doha after a long pause. Both sides emphasized the acceleration of intra-Afghan talks to find a political settlement to the Afghan conflict.
