AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Sunday said the Haqqani Network, a terror group, carried out the April 2 suicide blast in a protest rally in Khost province.
In a media statement issued here, the NDS said that investigation showed the Haqqani Network has planned and carried out the terror attack in Khost which claimed lives of 20 people and left 63 others injured.
According to the investigation, the suicide bomber Shah Ghulam, a resident of Multan, was brought to Khost City by the group after receiving order from Sirajuddin Haqqani.
Mawlawi Abdul Rahman brought Ghulam to Khost and directed him to target the rally, added the statement.
Assuring public of arresting or killing all the perpetrators, the spy agency said that all those involved in the attack have been identified.
