KABUL: Former President Hamid Karzai held talks with the special envoys of Russia, China, and Pakistan, where they exchanged views on the situation in Afghanistan.
Chairman of the high council for national reconciliation, Abdullah Abdullah, and ambassadors of Pakistan, Russia and China were also present in the meeting.
The meeting stressed on the formation of an inclusive government, peace, and stability, moderate politics, supports for the rights of women, and access of all Afghans to education, and the importance of regional cooperation with Afghanistan.
On Tuesday, the special envoy of Russia for Afghanistan, Zamir Kabulov, the Chinese special envoy to Afghanistan, Yue Xiaoyong, and Pakistan representative to Afghanistan Sadeq Khan arrived in Kabul to meet the Afghan officials and political leaders.
