KABUL: At least five Pakistani militias were killed in an armed attack by the Tahrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), media reported.
The attack comes a day after the Baloch separatists killed nine Pakistani forces in a complex attack.
Earlier, talking to a Pakistani TV channel Geo News, the country’s interior minister said that TTP has found access to the equipment leftover by the NATO forces during the past 20-year.
However, the Islamic Emirate denied the claim of the Pakistan interior minister, saying that what is happening in Pakistan was an internal issue of the country.
After seizing power in August, the Islamic Emirate pledged that Afghan soil will not be used against any other country.
The attack, in which, five Pakistani militias were killed occurred in Kurram area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. After Islamabad failed to reach a settlement with the TTP following a month-long ceasefire between the two sides, the attacks across Pakistan has surged.
