Kabul: Pakistan has once again informed about the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan and asked the caretaker government of Afghanistan not to allow terrorists to use Afghan territory against neighbors and other countries.
Pakistan’s Special Representative to the United Nations, Munir Akram, while speaking at the Security Council meeting about Afghanistan, asked the UN to not allow terrorists to use Afghanistan’s territory against neighbors and other countries.
Akram also mentioned the TTP, Daesh and Al-Qaeda groups and said that his country challenges all measures to suppress these groups.
Recently Pakistan prime minister Shehbaz Sharif warned at UN general assembly that terrorist organization have safe haven inside Afghanistan, an allegation that widely denounced inside Afghanistan both by the caretaker government officials and Afghan national personalities.
Meanwhile Assad Abbas Charge d’Affaires of Pakistan embassy in Kabul said “Pak-Afghan relations should not be seen in isolation of one speech, and should not be taken as enmity by the public. The leadership should continue to communicate concerns between each other,”
