Kabul: Hamid Karzai, the former president of Afghanistan, met with a number of students who are studying in bachelors, masters and doctorate scholarships in People’s Republic of China.
In this meeting, the students expressed their gratitude to the Chinese government for granting scholarships and issuing visas, and asked for cooperation in their departure back to that country to continue their studies.
While expressing his gratitude and appreciation for the cooperation of the People’s Republic of China with the people of Afghanistan, especially for providing better education for the country’s youth, the former president promised that he will make an all-out effort to solve the problem of their travel.
