KABUL: Two, including suicide bomber, killed and 20 more wounded after a suicide bomber targeted Attorney General’s staff vehicle early Monday morning in capital Kabul, officials said.
Brig Gen Humayun, 119 police chief, said the suicide bomber targeted the staff vehicle at 8:30 am near centauriem area in capital Kabul. He said it was early to comment regarding the casualties.
Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said they have received two dead bodies and 20 injured persons from the attack. Ismail Kawsi spokesman for the MoPH said five women were among the injured persons.
Zabihullah Mujahid, Taliban spokesman, said the group was behind the attack, claiming at least 40 people were killed and injured in the attack.
