Kabul: The International Organization for Migration (IOM) reports that over 520,000 Afghan refugees have been deported from Pakistan via the Torkham and Spin Boldak crossings.

This underscores the ongoing challenges faced by Afghan refugees, highlighting the need for international support and solutions to address their plight.

Many of these returnees have left behind all their belongings in Pakistan, highlighting the urgency and challenges they face upon return.

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Mohsen Reza Naqvi, stated in a recent press conference that all immigrants and asylum seekers lacking residency documents, including Afghan nationals, are required to return to their home country.
