The Prime Minister of Pakistan, in the United Nations General Assembly, asked the caretaker government of Afghanistan to move towards establishing an inclusive government.
Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan supports the expectations of the international community and Islamabad urges the “Taliban” to respect human rights, especially women’s rights.
On Friday, September 27th, during the fourth day of the UN General Assembly session, Shahbaz Sharif said that Pakistan wants the normalization of conditions in Afghanistan at the earliest possible time.
He emphasized that terrorist groups, including “ISIS-Khorasan, Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan, Al-Qaeda, Fitan-ul-Khawarij,” and some other groups are present in Afghanistan.
Sharif also called on the caretaker government of Afghanistan to attack terrorism, especially those responsible for deadly attacks in Pakistan.
However, the caretaker government of Afghanistan has considered insecurity in Pakistan as the country’s internal issue and denied the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan.
