AT-KABUL: Employees of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MoCI) on Sunday donated blood to those who were injured in the Friday terror attacks in Kabul City, and security personnel wounded in military operations against insurgents.
The first suicide attack was carried out in Shah Shaheed area, second in front of the National Police Academy and the third one in Qasaba locality of the capital city.
Hundreds of civilians and police cadets were injured and killed in the suicide attacks.
Spokesman to the ministry, Musafir Qaqandi, said that over 80 percent of the MoCI staffers donated blood aimed at supporting the injured countrymen. Around 250 out of 380 employees of the ministry donated blood.
