AT-KABUL: Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah postponed his official trip to Pakistan after Kabul deadliest attack that killed 30 and wounded 327.
Abdullah in his Twitter account said that after initial evidence of Tuesday’s suicide attack in Kabul, he decided to postpone his upcoming official visit to Pakistan.
This visit was planned to take place by the official invitation of the Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in early May.
“Initial evidence shows that the Kabul attack was planned in abroad, not in Afghanistan and this is the reason that the CEO postponed his scheduled trip to Pakistan,” Abdullah’s spokesman Jawed Faisal told Afghanistan Times.
“We want to have good relations with neighbors and Afghanistan expects same from them. We want them not to invest the plans that being drafted for the killing of Afghans,” Faisal added.
He added that the investigator team would determine within one or two days to fine where exactly this attack was being planned.
At the same time, Ministry of Interior spokesman Sediq Seddiqi, told newsmen that Taliban leadership who plans and directs such deadly attacks in Afghanistan, are enjoying freedom in abroad.
