KABUL: A senior member of the national assembly of Pakistan, Mahmood Khan Achakzai has warned that Pashtoons would revolt against Pakistani government if it didn’t stop fencing alongside the Durand Line.

Achakzai suggested the British Empire has allowed the Pashtoons on both sides the Durand Line to commute but Pakistan government sought to shut the paths and even killed them.
Addressing a gathering in Quetta of Pakistan on Sunday, Achakzai accused Pakistan of playing a duel policy towards Pashtoons, saying that it has not provided job opportunities and other facilities for them.
Referring to the 40 years long war in Afghanistan, Achakzai said that Afghanistan would reach a sustainable peace if Islamabad intended to take honest steps in regards.
