KABUL: The Afghan security forces have recaptured 14 districts centers from Taliban militants across the country, said the Interior Ministry on Monday.
The ministry’s spokesman, Tariq Aryan said that the security forces have constant military presence in different parts of the country,
He added the centers of some of the districts have been temporarily relocated to other places to prevent casualties of the security forces.
Aryan said that the Taliban militants destroyed governmental infrastructures in the areas they recently captured.
This comes as Taliban have intensified attacks on the government forces and captured many districts centers.
This comes as the Taliban have recently overrun dozens of districts across the country amid the withdrawal of international forces from Afghanistan.
