KABUL: Afghanistan has consistently seen to have less coronavirus cases in the past 15 days with 40 fresh cases reported on Monday have pushed the total tally to 35,503 across the country since the start of the infection.
Two patients have lost their lives battling the virus and 22 others recovered in the past 24 hours, Afghan health ministry said. The total deaths now stand at 1,183 and the recoveries to 23,663.
According to the ministry, 17 cases were recorded in Herat, 17 in Ghor, four in Kandahar and two cases in Nangarhar provinces.
This would be premature jubilant if the masses think the virus has finished, it could be restore in a second if attentions did not pay. A health analyst said that second wave of the virus could come in earliest, but it could be prevented if we continue to wash our hands, keep social distancing, and carry other health advices.
