AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Tuesday said that masterminds of suicide attacks were arrested during a raid in Kabul.
According to the media statement issued here by the spy agency, the alleged masterminds of suicide bombings have planned to carry out terror attacks in crowded area of Kabul City.
Te detained terrorists have links with Haqqani Network. They were identified as Muhibullah, Habibur Rahman and Fida Mohammad.
By arresting the alleged terrorists, the NDS operatives succeeded in thwarting deadly suicide attacks in the capital city that could have killed and injured scores of people.
