KABUL: Religious scholars in the northern Baghlan province urge that only intra-Afghan dialogues could help Afghans end the war.

They said Wednesday that people are tired of war and that an intra-Afghan negotiation is urgently needed to find a way for the end of the two-decade war.

They said that each one either Taliban or Afghan security forces and civilians who are killed in the war, are Afghans.
