AT-KABUL: The security forces have busted a Daesh recruitment center in the eastern Nangarhar province, officials said.
Daesh enrolment center was busted by Afghan forces through operation named Qahr-e-Silab (Silab anger) in TangiGori area of Haska Mina district of eastern province, said provincial press office in a statement.
The statement said that seven Daesh fighters were killed and nine others were wounded in the district.
Daesh terrorists were using the center for motivating and recruiting the youth.
The group was focusing on brainwashing the youths and train them with extremist ideologies
Two motorcycle and some ammunition belonged to Daesh insurgents were also destroyed in the operation.
Daesh suffered heavy casualties in different district of Nangarhar province in the past two weeks. Over 100 Daesh fighters were killed and injured in the operation and their recruitment center ruined in Kot district last week.
