Kabul: Hugo Shorter, the Chargé d’Affaires of the British Embassy in Afghanistan, who works from Doha, Qatar, has said at the end of his mission that that the instability and internal conflicts in Afghanistan will lead to a deeper humanitarian crisis and the revival of ISIS.
