In this day, schools across the country remain open, and Afghan students celebrate with gifts, presentations and programs for their teachers arranged for their teachers. But, the plights of Afghanistan’s teachers have been remained untold for several years. One of them is the lowest salary for its teachers in the world. Teachers are financially one of the worst hit people of the society. Since our President, Ashraf Ghani, is himself a teacher, and already lots of efforts done to improve teachers condition, but, it is humbly requesting to the President to do more as teachers deserves to be appreciated for their role in nation building and assure the teachers to increase their salaries. Irrespective of any sector, whether formal or informal, everything depends on teachers. Their living conditions have to be improved.
