KABUL: Etisalat has been announced the winner of the Fastest mobile network award in Afghanistan by Ookla, the global leader in mobile and broadband network intelligence, testing applications, and related technologies. The ranking was based on an analysis of 18,910 tests actively initiated by customers across Afghanistan to check internet speeds using various applications on the web and mobile platforms.
