Kabul: Local sources announced that one person was killed and two others were injured due to the explosion of a hand grenade in the market of money changers in the city of “Talqan”, the capital of Takhar province of Afghanistan.
According to the officials of the Takhar money changers union, this incident happened at 9 am today (Saturday) when a man wanted to move explosives in this market, but before doing so, the bomb with him exploded.
Sources added that the bomber was killed and two others were injured in this incident.
Abdul Mobin Safi, the spokesperson of Takhar Police Command, also confirmed the occurrence of this incident, but did not provide more details about it.
No person or group has yet claimed responsibility for this explosion.
