AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Thursday said that four insurgents were arrested in Zabul province.
In a press statement issued here, the spy agency said that its operatives have apprehend four terrorists in Zabul province.
One explosives-packed vest and 570kg explosive materials were also recovered from possession of the arrested terrorists. The terrorists wanted to use the recovered explosives in subversive activities. The arrested men confessed that they are involved in terror activities, the statement said.
