Police carried out an operation against the vehicle thieve gang in the PD 17, which as result three people accused of committing vehicles theft were arrested, said a statement issued by Kabul Police on Tuesday.
The statement said that the captured criminals had stolen a corolla type car from Shahrak-e-Ghaibi area and escaped at around 10:30pm Monday night, shortly after the incident, police started chasing the thieves, who were arrested within 30 minutes.
The stolen vehicle recovered and the case is under further inquiry, added statement.
