KABUL: At leaves five employees of the Attorney General Office were killed by unknown gunmen in Deh-e-Sabz district of capital Kabul, security officials said on Monday.
Spokesman for the ministry of interior, Ferdaws Faramarz said the killed staffers included two prosecutors, two AGO’s employees and a driver. The detectives have been investigating the incident, he added.
AGO’s Spokesman Jamshid Rasuli has confirmed the incident, saying that the employees were en route to work when they came under attack. According to him, these employees were working at the Bagram Detention Central. The AGO has condemned the incident and has called on the intelligence and security agencies to find out the culprits and bring it the book.
