Kabul: Local sources in Herat say that the Taliban have launched house-to-house inspections in this province for three days.
According to local sources this inspection is going on in some areas of Herat city.
Although the Taliban in Herat have stated that the purpose of this inspection is to ensure the safety of the people, but the residents of Herat say that the Taliban are harassing the people.
A number of Herat residents say that the Taliban, under the pretext of looking for weapons, have messed up all the furniture in their houses and made people panic and worried.
The residents of Herat say that they are fed up with the continuation of house-to-house inspections by the Taliban.
This is the third time that the Taliban have launched house-to-house inspections in different areas of Herat city.
