AT Monitoring Desk-KABUL: Intelligence personnel have seized huge cache of automatic weapons, landmines and explosives in the southeastern Paktika province.
The National Directorate of Security, the country’s only intelligence agency, on Friday said that its agents have seized Taliban’s weapons and ammunition in the province. Different types of weapons, explosives, military uniforms, landmines and satellite phones were recovered by the NDS personnel from the depot in the Mohammadkhel area on the outskirts of the provincial capital, Sharan.
However, no one was arrested, a source in the NDS told Pajhwok Afghan News.
