Kabul: Nasir Ahmed Fayeq, Afghanistan’s permanent representative in the United Nations, says that progress and stability are possible only through inclusive government.
He wrote on his Twitter that he has given a speech at the United Nations about the current situation in Afghanistan.
At the UN meeting, he called for the strengthening of the monitoring and reporting mechanism of Afghanistan by “UNAMA” and the special rapporteur for human rights in Afghanistan.
“We can support and strengthen human rights and fundamental freedoms in the world by being responsible and acting,” Faiq said.
The head of Afghanistan’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations emphasized that in order to achieve progress, development, peace and security, all Afghan citizens, including women, youth and minorities, should fully participate in political, economic and social life.
