KABUL: Kabul Police has arrested 70 people on the charge of different crimes in the past 20 days.

The arrestment made after several crackdowns conducted by police against criminals in Kabul and its district, Kabul Police Press Disk said on Saturday in a statement.

Three criminals were killed in clashes with the police, the statement added.

Some 25 rifles of weapons, six knives and six stolen cars were also discovered and confiscated from them, according to the statement.

It is pertained to mention that Kabul police recently arrested dozen others on charges of different crimes after robbery, snatching mobile and other immoral crimes by motorbike riders that had become a daily practice in different districts.
