AT-KABUL: Former President Hamid Karzai who received Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s invitation letter, accepted to visit Islamabad at a friendly time, his office said Wednesday.
Pakistan ambassador to Kabul Sayyed Abrar Hussain in a meeting submitted prime minister Sharif’s invitation letter to the ex-president.
“I hope my visit would cause the end of terrorism and violence in the region,” Karzai was quoted by a statement as saying, who also appreciated Islamabad for welcoming Afghan migrants.
