Kabul: The former president of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, has met with the ambassador of Turkey, Mr. Jihad Erginay.
In this meeting, the current situation of Afghanistan and the region as well as bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed.
Former president called Turkey a historical friend of Afghanistan, and thanked for its cooperation with the Afghanistan people for providing scholarships to Afghan youths.
He also insisted for further strengthening the relations between the two countries.
