KABUL: Former President, Hamid Karzai strongly condemned a terrorist attack that killed and wounded civilians in Kabul city.
A car bomb detonated on Wednesday in the Qasaba neighborhood east of the capital, killing at least seven civilians and wounding another 10, security officials confirmed.
Karzai denounced the attack as cruel and crime against humanity, calling on the people of Afghanistan to accelerate the intra-Afghan dialogues for ending war and helping a lasting peace.
The former president wished paradise for the dead, patience for their loved ones and swift recovery for the injured.
