AT-KABUL: Ex-President Hamid Karzai strongly denounced Monday’s attack on Hamid Karzai International Airport that killed five and injured 17, most of them civilians.

Hamid Karzai termed the perpetrators of the attack as enemies of peace and stability in Afghanistan. He said that the attacks were in negation to the teachings of Islamic.

Karzai said that enemies of the people of Afghanistan should know that such attacks will further strengthen national unity among Afghans.
