AT-KABUL: Kunduz fact finding team called on President Ashraf Ghani here at the Presidential Palace on Monday. The team briefed President Ghani on their activities as well as credibility of their sources.
After fall of Kunduz city to the Taliban militants around one month ago, President Ghani assigned a commission to find out reasons behind collapse of city.
The president commended efforts of the team and urged the body to share their opinions regarding fall of the city with the government.
He urged the commission to also present their report to the National Security Council (NSC).
President Ghani urged the team to include all details, including negligence of officials, in its report in order to restore people’s confidence on the government.
